Job Title: Spine Care Specialist

We are seeking a skilled and dedicated Spine Care Specialist to join our team at BJC. As a key member of our Integrated Spine Unit, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and contributing to the success of our spine program.

Estimated Salary: $85,000 - $110,000 per year

About the Role

The Spine Care Specialist will work collaboratively with our interdisciplinary team to provide comprehensive care to patients undergoing spinal surgery or suffering from spinal conditions. Your expertise will be essential in developing and implementing individualized care plans, promoting patient safety, and ensuring seamless transitions across the continuum of care.

Responsibilities
  • Provide direct patient care activities, including assessment, diagnosis, planning, implementation, and evaluation within established standards of nursing care.
  • Promote patient-centered care and participate in activities that enhance patient safety, quality, and regulatory compliance.
  • Develop, implement, and document individualized plans of care, incorporating patient preferences and needs.
  • Collaborate with the interprofessional team to ensure effective communication and coordination of care.
Requirements
  • RN licensure
  • No experience required, but preference given to those with < 2 years of experience
