Job Description

This Senior Project Manager role will be responsible for overseeing innovative tenant improvement and interior fit-out construction projects for a key technology client based in San Diego, CA. The successful candidate will have excellent project management skills, experience working with commercial real estate projects, and a strong ability to build relationships with clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
  • Develop and implement project plans, ensuring timely completion and quality delivery.
  • Maintain effective communication with clients, stakeholders, and team members.
  • Manage project finances, including budgeting, forecasting, and reporting.
  • Ensure compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations.
Requirements
  • PMP certification or equivalent.
  • College degree in Construction Management or a related field.
  • At least 5 years of experience in project management, preferably in the commercial real estate sector.
  • Tenant Improvement and Fitout experience with Commercial Real Estate projects is essential.
