Job Overview

We are seeking an experienced PM Line Cook to join our team at Sheraton in Brentwood, Tennessee. This is a full-time position with competitive compensation and benefits.

Responsibilities
  • Prepare and cook high-quality dishes according to recipes and standards.
  • Ensure food presentation meets expectations.
  • Maintain a clean and organized kitchen.
  • Collaborate with Executive Chef and Sous Chef on menu development.
  • Adhere to food safety and sanitation guidelines.
Requirements
  • 2+ years of experience as a line cook in a high-volume restaurant.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail.
  • Knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, including weekends and holidays.
Preferred Qualifications
  • Culinary degree or certification.
  • Experience working in a hotel or resort setting.
  • Experience with menu development and recipe creation.
About the Role

This position requires strong culinary skills and knowledge of food safety and sanitation guidelines. As a PM Line Cook, you will work closely with the Executive Chef and Sous Chef to develop new menu items and ensure that all food is presented in an attractive and appetizing manner. Your ability to work in a fast-paced environment while maintaining attention to detail will be essential to your success in this role.
