We are seeking a skilled Licensed Practical Nurse to join our team at Providence Healthcare of Thomaston. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care in both short-term rehabilitation and long-term care settings.
Responsibilities- Develop and implement individualized nursing care plans to meet the unique needs of our patients
- Collaborate with the Unit Director to ensure seamless day-to-day operations and provide leadership support as needed
- Supervise and orient nursing personnel to ensure excellent patient care
- Assume responsibilities of a leadership role as needed to ensure the smooth operation of the unit
- Graduate of an approved school for Practical or Vocational Nursing
- Current licensure by the State Board of Nursing
- Experience in geriatric or rehabilitative nursing preferred
