Speech-Language Pathologist Position

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated Speech-Language Pathologist to fill a full-time, onsite position with a school district. This role involves working with a K-12th grade caseload of mild to moderate cases for 35 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive assessments and evaluations to determine students' speech and language needs.
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and IEPs for students, ensuring alignment with educational goals.
  • Provide direct therapy services to K-12th grade students with mild to moderate speech and language disorders, utilizing evidence-based practices.
  • Collaborate with teachers, parents, and other educational staff to support students' communication development, promoting a cohesive and supportive learning environment.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of student evaluations, therapy sessions, and progress reports, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
  • Participate in IEP meetings, providing insightful and informative updates on student progress, and contributing to the development of effective intervention plans.
Required Qualifications
  • Masters degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
  • Valid California state licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist.
  • Experience working in a school setting is highly valued.
  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Ability to work onsite for 35 hours per week, with flexibility to adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
