About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Clinical Neuropsychologist to join our team at Akahi Associates, LLC. As a key member of our research and development team, you will be responsible for providing expert clinical neuropsychological services to support our research initiatives.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive neuropsychological assessments of patients and healthy control subjects to support research protocols.
  • Develop and implement standardized assessments for phenotype classification of participants in research studies.
  • Collaborate with research staff to design and execute clinical research studies, including the development of new protocol-specific tests.
  • Provide expert consultation on study design, analysis, and the use of psychological instruments.
  • Assist in the collation of research results for publication and presentation.
Deliverables
  • Work products, reports, and documents related to clinical and research neuropsychological testing of medically ill and healthy research participants.
  • Summary documents of evaluations carried out for different protocols.
  • Work products and documents related to maintaining electronic records and computerized research databases containing participant information and test results.
Requirements
  • PhD in Clinical Psychology from an accredited institution.
  • Board certification in Clinical Psychology from the American Board of Clinical Psychology (ABCP).
  • Expertise in clinical trial management, working with special populations, and cognitive behavioral therapy.
