Key Responsibilities:- Implement KinderCare's research-backed curriculum, tailoring it to meet the unique needs of each child.
- Create a safe, inclusive, and stimulating environment that encourages exploration and learning.
- Partner with parents to provide exceptional care and education, ensuring seamless communication and collaboration.
- Support the success of your center, working collaboratively with staff and leadership to achieve goals and objectives.
- Cultivate positive relationships with families, teachers, and community partners, promoting a culture of mutual respect and understanding.
- Outstanding customer service skills, with the ability to multitask and handle multiple situations effectively.
- CPR and First Aid Certification, or willingness to obtain.
- Meet state-specific qualifications for the role, or willingness to obtain.
- Active Child Development Associate (CDA) Credential, or willingness to obtain.
- Physical ability to use a computer, lift a minimum of 40 pounds, and work indoors or outdoors.
- Able to assume postures in low levels to allow physical and visual contact with children, see and hear well enough to keep children safe, and engage in physical activity with children.
- Read, write, understand, and speak English to communicate with children and their parents in English.
