Job Description

Job Summary:

Targeted Solutions, LLC is seeking a highly skilled Cybersecurity Operations Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our security operations center, you will be responsible for providing comprehensive computer network defense and response support through 24/7/365 monitoring and analysis of potential threat activity targeting our enterprise.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Conduct security event monitoring, advanced analytics, and response activities in support of our mission.
  • Provide day-to-day support for Collateral, Sensitive Compartmented Information (SCI), and Special Access Program (SAP) activities.
  • Lead efforts in Incident Handling (Detection, Analysis, Triage), Hunting (anomalous pattern detection and content management), and Malware Analysis.
  • Analyze information technology security events to discern events that qualify as legitimate security incidents as opposed to non-incidents.
  • Implement countermeasures and conduct incident response.
  • Monitor and analyze security events using Security Information and Event Monitoring (SIEM) platforms and/or log management systems.
  • Track activities within various Security Operation workflows.
  • Develop and implement counter-measures or mitigating controls for deployment and implementation in the enterprise network environment.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • Top Secret w/SCI Eligibility
  • 2-4 years related experience; prior performance in roles such as ISSO or ISSM
  • Desired: SAP Experience; Training: CSSP Auditor or CSSP Incident Responder (in lieu of Cybersecurity Service Provider Analyst)
