We are seeking a skilled and friendly Guest Experience Specialist to join our team at Fadi Management. As a key member of our service team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional customer service and ensuring a positive experience for our guests.
Key Responsibilities
- Welcoming guests and seating them promptly and courteously
- Answering phone calls and taking orders for To-Go
- Entering orders and packaging To-Go orders
- Providing excellent communication skills and maintaining a positive attitude
- Lifting 25-50 pounds and standing for up to 8 hours
