Job Opportunity

Soliant Health is seeking a dedicated and experienced Speech-Language Pathologist (SLP) to join our team.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct comprehensive speech and language evaluations to determine individual student needs
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans and interventions to address speech and language disorders
  • Provide direct intervention to students with communication difficulties
  • Collaborate with educators, parents, and other professionals to support students' speech and language goals
  • Monitor progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary
  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date documentation of student progress and treatment plans
Requirements
  • Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology or Communication Disorders from an accredited university
  • Current state licensure or eligibility for licensure as a Speech-Language Pathologist in Missouri
  • ASHA Certification of Clinical Competence (CCC-SLP) preferred
  • Prior experience working with school-aged children, preferably in a school setting
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Ability to work effectively as part of a team and collaborate with other professionals
  • Strong organizational and time management skills
