Key Responsibilities- Assessment and Intervention: Conduct comprehensive assessments to identify speech and language disorders and develop individualized therapy plans to address these needs.
- Collaboration: Work closely with teachers, support staff, and parents to integrate speech and language goals into students' educational plans and ensure a cohesive approach to supporting student success.
- Case Load Management: Manage a moderate case load of students with varying communication needs, prioritizing tasks and allocating resources effectively to ensure timely and effective support.
- Documentation: Maintain accurate and detailed records of assessments, progress, and treatment plans in accordance with regulatory standards and company policies.
- SLP Requirements:
- Master's degree in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Valid Pennsylvania SLP license.
- CFY Requirements:
- Currently enrolled in or completed a Master's program in Speech-Language Pathology from an accredited institution.
- Eligible for Pennsylvania Speech-Language Pathology licensure.
