Equipment Branch Director

The Equipment Branch Director plays a pivotal role in driving business growth, profitability, and customer satisfaction within Anderson Equipment Company's network of branch locations. Reporting directly to senior leadership, this individual will oversee all aspects of branch operations, including sales, service, and parts management.
Key responsibilities include:
- Leading high-performing sales teams to achieve revenue targets through strategic planning, coaching, and development
- Collaborating with service and parts managers to deliver exceptional customer experiences and maintain equipment uptime
- Fostering strong relationships with customers, understanding their needs, and identifying opportunities for growth
Salary Range: $80,000-$150,000 (dependent on performance)
