Job Summary

The Certified Nurse's Aide will perform routine nursing tasks under the supervision of the nurse, ensuring the comfort and well-being of residents through compassionate care and support.

Duties and Responsibilities

  • ">
  • Provide direct quality care to residents according to their individual care profiles.">
  • Assist with routine nursing tasks as assigned by the nursing staff.">
  • Document and maintain accurate records in the Electronic Medical Record (EMR) system.">
  • Collaborate effectively with nursing and healthcare teams to promote optimal resident outcomes.">

Requirements

To be successful in this role, you will need:

  • Certification: Valid NYS Nurse's Aide Certification required.">
  • Education: High School Diploma or GED preferred.">
  • Experience: Previous experience in a hospital or long-term care setting preferred.">
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.">
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with Electronic Medical Records (EMR) systems.">
