Role Summary

As a Field Technician specializing in water damage restoration, you will play a crucial role in restoring affected properties and ensuring a safe environment for occupants. Your hands-on approach and attention to detail will be vital in delivering effective solutions to our clients.

Compensation: Starting hourly rates range from $20 to $26, commensurate with experience, along with opportunities for advancement.

Candidate Requirements:

  • 1 to 3 years of experience in water restoration, construction, or a related field preferred but not mandatory
  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 pounds with assistance and navigate multiple flights of stairs
  • Availability for additional hours and overtime as needed
  • Effective communication skills and ability to work independently or as part of a team
  • Must be at least 18 years old
  • Reliable transportation for commuting purposes
  • Bilingual in English and Spanish is advantageous but not required
  • Must pass a physical examination and be able to use respirator masks
  • Comfortable working at heights using ladders or scaffolding
  • Valid California driver's license
