Mueller Custom Cabinetry, Inc. is seeking a dedicated and motivated individual to join our team as a Cabinet Maker Apprentice.

In this role, you will gain valuable hands-on experience in the art of custom cabinetry manufacturing. We offer comprehensive training in all aspects of the process, from shop maintenance and tool operation to assembly techniques and quality control.

Your Responsibilities:
  • Maintain a clean and organized work environment by performing tasks such as cleanup, tool organization, sanding, and staining.
  • Operate various hand tools and machinery, including table saws, under the guidance of experienced craftsmen.
  • Contribute to the production process by assisting with assembly, finishing, and other tasks as assigned by supervisors.
  • Develop a thorough understanding of our company's assembly standards and installation techniques.
  • Adhere to strict quality and safety protocols throughout all operations.
Essential Skills and Qualifications:
  • Demonstrate proficiency in reading blueprints, using a tape measure, and performing basic mathematical calculations.
  • Possess excellent communication skills in English and the physical ability to stand for extended periods, bend, reach, squat, and lift up to 50 pounds or more.
  • Exhibit a strong work ethic, reliability, honesty, and a commitment to teamwork.
  • Demonstrate problem-solving abilities and the capacity to multitask effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Express a genuine desire to learn a skilled trade from experienced professionals and follow instructions diligently.
