Key Responsibilities:
- Recruit, train, supervise, and evaluate nursing personnel; assign responsibilities and coordinate nursing services.
- Contribute to the development of nursing protocols and procedures.
- Facilitate ongoing education and professional development for nursing staff.
- Engage in direct patient care, assess patient needs, and ensure that services are delivered and documented accurately.
- Maintain comprehensive patient healthcare records.
- Manage inventory of supplies; order necessary supplies and equipment.
- Ensure compliance with the Company's Code of Business Conduct and Corporate Compliance Agreement by monitoring staff performance and addressing compliance issues.
- Graduation from an accredited Bachelor of Science in Nursing, Associate Degree in Nursing, or Nursing Diploma program.
- A minimum of two years of nursing experience in a hospital setting.
- 1 to 2 years of supervisory or leadership experience.
- Current state licensure as a Registered Nurse.
- CPR/BCLS certification; ACLS certification preferred.
- CRRN certification preferred.
- Strong oral and written communication skills, along with excellent interpersonal abilities.
Salary range: $37 - $60 per hour, with additional Charge Nurse supplement when in the Charge Nurse role. While we anticipate that those hired for this position will be compensated within this hourly range, specific circumstances may allow for compensation outside of this range.

Our rehabilitation services provide continuous care and specialized treatment for patients throughout their recovery journey, offering tailored rehabilitation programs to meet the unique needs of individuals recovering from stroke, brain injury, neurological conditions, trauma, spinal cord injury, amputation, and orthopedic injuries. We are accredited by The Joint Commission and hold CARF accreditation for our Comprehensive Integrated Inpatient Rehabilitation Program and Stroke Specialty Program.
