We are seeking a skilled BPRI Process Engineer to support our esteemed client in the Fortune 500 sector. This role is integral to the Next Gen Enterprise Transformation (nGet) organization, focusing on the BPRI initiative.

The primary duties of a BPRI Process Engineer include leveraging various documentation types to thoroughly comprehend a Unique Business Process and crafting suitable process maps. This role also involves fostering collaboration across multiple business lines and risk partners.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Effectively manage tight deadlines while guiding process maps through several review and feedback cycles.
  • Employ critical thinking skills to conceptualize, apply, analyze, and evaluate gathered information as a basis for action.
  • Independently develop process maps utilizing both business line documentation and alternative sources, in collaboration with squads, business lines, and risk partners.
  • Facilitate process map review sessions to gather, document, and implement feedback from partners.
  • Complete relevant business process mapping linkages within process maps to document associated risks, controls, and other pertinent items.
  • Understand business processes, risk, and control inventories.
  • Provide constructive feedback and recommendations on business process design, including associated risks and controls.

Required Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in banking, with a focus on business process modeling, analysis, compliance, or risk management.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple diverse activities independently.
  • Demonstrated initiative and capability to thrive in a dynamic, fast-paced team environment.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and various web-based software applications.
  • Basic knowledge of process engineering software systems.
  • Excellent interpersonal skills, enabling effective interaction with diverse audiences and fostering collaborative relationships.
  • Outstanding written and verbal communication skills, adaptable to different audiences.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Proficient in using IBM Blueworks Live.
