Compensation & Benefits:

Key Responsibilities:

The selected candidate will be responsible for responding to service calls to diagnose, repair, replace, and install plumbing systems and equipment for both residential and commercial clients. Working independently with support from the Service Support Team and Manager, the role includes troubleshooting plumbing issues, maintaining a safe driving record while operating a service vehicle, documenting job details electronically, restocking service vans, and actively promoting company services. The position also involves physical tasks, tool operation, and a commitment to personal and team improvement through safety awareness and collaboration. Additional responsibilities may be assigned as necessary.

Qualifications:

The ideal candidate should possess strong interpersonal and communication skills, ensuring professional interactions with clients and delivering exceptional customer service. They should demonstrate expertise in diagnosing and repairing a variety of plumbing issues, utilizing an array of tools and equipment. Their ability to analyze problems and develop effective solutions reflects strong troubleshooting skills. A professional appearance is essential, and candidates should have their own hand and cordless tools, with testing instruments provided. A valid driver's license and a clean driving record are required.

Educational Requirements:

The ideal candidate should have a High School Diploma or GED equivalent, with preference given to those with vocational or community college coursework in plumbing or equivalent experience. A minimum of 5 years of experience in the plumbing service industry is required, along with the ability to maintain or acquire necessary plumbing licenses. Knowledge of boiler control and operation is a plus.

Physical Requirements:

This role requires physical capabilities such as strength, balance, hand-eye coordination, and stamina to perform tasks in various environments. Candidates should be able to lift and carry up to 50lbs and push or pull similar weights. They must be prepared to work in different weather conditions and at heights, using ladders or lifts for extended periods. Regular use of hand tools and maintaining mental clarity in diverse customer and technical scenarios is crucial. Candidates will be required to undergo and pass a pre-employment drug screen, physical examination, and background check.
