Pennsylvania Medicine is a leading academic medical center dedicated to delivering exceptional patient care. We are seeking a highly skilled Registration Operations Specialist to join our team.

Job Description

The Lead Patient Access Representative will be responsible for ensuring the smooth registration process for our patients, while also providing assistance to staff as needed. This position requires a highly organized and detail-oriented individual who can work effectively in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Perform day-to-day operations of the registration process in the Supervisor's absence
  • Report process issues and trends to the Supervisor
  • Assist with staff scheduling, training, and quality assurance processes
  • Act as a liaison between staff and other hospital departments to ensure seamless transitions for patients
Requirements
  • AAHAM Revenue Cycle Certification or NAHAM Certification (preferred)
  • H.S. Diploma/GED
  • 3+ years Hospital or Practice Revenue Cycle Setting
