At LewisGale Medical Center, we are seeking a highly skilled and dedicated Special Procedures Technician to play a vital role in ensuring our patients receive high-quality, efficient care.

About the Role:

  • Assist physicians with minimally invasive procedures and provide diagnostic aid by using fluoroscopic equipment to conduct scans on patients according to established practices and standards.
  • Prepare equipment, monitor inventory, and maintain cleanliness of procedure room and work area.
  • Real-time review of scans for technical accuracy (i.e. technical quality, correct anatomical positioning, annotation, etc...).

Requirements:

  • Graduate of AMA approved School of Radiologic Technology.
  • Training and experience in special procedures.
