We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse to join our team at OneStaff Medical. As a Pediatric Intensive Care Nurse, you will provide high-quality patient care to critically ill children and adolescents in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
Responsibilities:
- Provide direct patient care to critically ill children and adolescents in the Pediatric Intensive Care Unit
- Collaborate with the interdisciplinary team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans
- Monitor and manage complex medical conditions, including respiratory, cardiovascular, and neurological disorders
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed by physicians
- Perform various medical procedures, including intubation, ventilation, and cardiac monitoring
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare team members to ensure seamless care coordination
Requirements:
- Current RN licensure in the state of California
- Minimum 1 year of experience in Pediatric Intensive Care
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment
