We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Nursing Supervisor to join our team at Our Lady of the Lake Regional Medical Center. As a key member of our nursing staff, you will be responsible for supervising and coordinating the activities of nursing personnel in our patient care units.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Supervise and coordinate the activities of nursing personnel in patient care units
  • Participate in planning work of assigned units and coordinate activities with other patient care units and related departments
  • Evaluate unit nursing care and performance, and make recommendations for improvement
  • Lead and direct the work of others, and provide guidance and support to nursing staff
  • Ensure that patients' needs are met, and evaluate patient outcomes
Requirements:
  • 2 years clinical RN experience and previous charge nurse experience
  • Graduate of an accredited school of nursing
  • Proficient in English, verbal and written communication skills, and computer skills
  • Current Louisiana RN license and current BLS certification
