Woodworking Expert

We are looking for a highly skilled Woodworking Expert to join our team at Wohlsen Construction. As a key member of our construction team, you will play a vital role in bringing projects to life.

Your primary responsibility will be to build wooden structures such as blocking according to sketches, blueprints, or oral instructions. You will also study specifications to determine the dimensions of safety barriers, trim/millwork, toilet accessories, and door/hardware installation.

The estimated salary for this position is $75,000 - $95,000 per year, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

• Set hollow metal frames and pre-hung door units
• Hang doors and install door hardware
• Erect, assemble, and install framing
• Install interior and exterior trim, cabinetry, and wood blocking
• Measure boards, timber, or plywood using a square or measuring tape, mark cutting lines on material using pencils, cut material to required sizes
• Perform other construction activities necessary to complete the project

Requirements:

• A minimum of five years of carpentry construction experience
• A valid driver's license and reliable transportation
