Job Summary:

The City of Enterprise, AL is seeking a skilled Revenue Collection Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our Finance Division, you will be responsible for collecting revenue, including business license revenue, in an accurate and efficient manner.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collect and process business license applications and renewals
  • Conduct field inspections to ensure compliance with business license ordinances
  • Audit ABC, gas, and lodging taxes
  • Provide sales tax information to new business license applications

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's Degree
  • 2+ years of experience in data entry or accounts receivable
  • Knowledge of revenue collection principles and tax administration
