Job Title: Physical Therapist (PT) - Outpatient Specialist

Centra Healthcare Solutions is seeking a skilled Physical Therapist (PT) to join our team in the specialty area of Outpatient care. As a licensed or soon-to-be licensed Physical Therapist (PT), you will have the opportunity to work with a dynamic team and provide high-quality patient care.

Job Summary:

We are looking for a Physical Therapist (PT) with 1 year of recent experience in Outpatient care. The ideal candidate will have a current Physical Therapist (PT) license within the state of practice and a strong passion for delivering exceptional patient care.

Responsibilities:
  • Provide high-quality patient care in the Outpatient setting
  • Develop and implement individualized treatment plans
  • Collaborate with the healthcare team to ensure seamless patient care
  • Stay up-to-date with the latest physical therapy techniques and best practices
