Job Summary

We are seeking a Delivery Expert to join our Premier Driver team in Mahwah, NJ. As a key member of our logistics team, you will be responsible for ensuring seamless delivery experiences for our customers.

Key Responsibilities

  • Must uphold and project the company's devotion to customer service experience
  • Drivers are expected to comply with Net-A-Porter appearance guidelines and must have a professional image and demeanor. Uniforms and Truck will be provided.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule including weekends, and holidays as needed
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with a sense of urgency
  • You need to be able to work in all kinds of weather while working out on your own with limited supervision.
  • Ensure all undelivered and returned merchandise are secured safely and returned to our inventory system daily
  • Assist manager and supervisor with day to day operations
  • Interact with couriers, Dispatchers, and Customer service team daily
  • Ensure couriers are fully prepared for their daily route
