**Job Title:** Personal Care Assistant - Hospice Setting
**Overview:** Grane Home Health & Hospice is seeking a compassionate and caring Personal Care Assistant to join our team. As a member of our hospice care team, you will have the opportunity to make a meaningful difference in the lives of patients and their families.
**Salary:** Estimated $40,000 - $55,000 per year
**Job Description:** As a Personal Care Assistant, you will be responsible for providing personal care services to patients with terminal illnesses. Your duties will include:
- Assisting patients with daily living activities such as bathing, dressing, and grooming
- Providing emotional support and companionship to patients and their families
- Administering medications as allowed by state regulations
**Required Skills and Qualifications:*
- Meets the training requirements of the State
- Completed a minimum of seventy five hours of classroom and supervised practical training
- Ability to read and follow written instructions and document care given
