Your Role

As a Sales Engineer, you will take charge of your accounts and represent ALLY Energy. Leveraging your market knowledge and customer insights, you will cultivate trusted relationships. Acting as a representative for our clients, you will provide innovative perspectives that unlock new and existing sales opportunities.

Key Responsibilities

  • Serve as the primary contact and trusted advisor to clients, ensuring timely and satisfactory resolution of inquiries.
  • Manage complex products and systems that require technical expertise and an understanding of the environments in which they are utilized.
  • Address customer needs, desires, and expectations effectively.
  • Assess the suitability and application of drill bits and components, ensuring safe and successful downhole drilling operations.
  • Oversee a department with significant personnel costs.
  • Handle standardized products with predefined options, providing straightforward client guidance.
  • Independently define customer engagement strategies.
  • Manage a stable region with an established market presence.
  • Contribute to pricing strategies and conditions with a degree of flexibility, working within predefined contract frameworks.

Qualifications

To excel in this role, you will need:

  • A Bachelor's Degree from an accredited institution or a High School Diploma/GED with at least 4 years of experience in oil and gas operations.
  • Demonstrated experience as a sales representative.
  • Familiarity with drill bits and directional drilling.
  • A valid driver's license.
