Job Title: Travel Cath Lab Technologist

We are seeking a skilled Cath Lab Technologist to join our team on a travel assignment in Covington, Louisiana.

Job Summary:

The successful candidate will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and technical support in a dynamic Cath Lab environment.

Responsibilities:
  • Observe and interpret cardiac rhythms of patients on monitor
  • Run and post rhythm strips at designated intervals
  • Validate computer readouts and compare posted strips to previous strips
  • Notify nursing staff of changes in cardiac rhythm
  • Test equipment for proper working order and maintain a clean and orderly work area
Requirements:
  • Proven 2 years of experience as an EKG Technologist
  • Independent decision-making skills
  • Solid understanding of patient safety and precautions
  • Excellent communication skills
  • Ability to relate positively to residents and families
Work Experience:

At least 2 years of experience as an EKG Technologist
