Job Overview

Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and manage a team of landscaping technicians to ensure projects are completed on time and to the required standard.
  • Oversee the installation of hardscape and landscape applications, ensuring compliance with industry and company standards.
  • Communicate project plans and production goals to crew members and clients, ensuring clear understanding and expectations.
  • Ensure all safety and maintenance procedures are followed, maintaining a clean and organized worksite.
  • Track and record expenses and crew hours worked, providing accurate and timely reports.
  • Prepare job sites and oversee projects through to completion, ensuring high-quality results.
  • Interact with clients to ensure job satisfaction, addressing any concerns or issues promptly.
Requirements
  • 1-3 years of experience managing landscaping projects and/or teams.
  • 2+ years of experience installing a variety of hardscape and landscape applications.
  • Able to lift 50 pounds and operate standard landscaping machinery.
  • Valid WA driver's license (CDL preferred) and clean driving record.
  • Pass a background check and drug screen.
  • Maintain a regular, dependable attendance record.
  • Be comfortable working in a variety of weather conditions.
