Compensation and Incentives

As a Regional Van Truckload Driver, you'll enjoy a competitive compensation package, including:

  • Mileage Pay: Earn mileage pay for each mile driven.
  • Hourly Pay: Earn hourly pay while on duty, not driving.
  • Weekly Performance Pay: Earn additional pay for meeting performance targets.
  • Sign-On Bonus: Receive a $1,000 sign-on bonus in 12 monthly payments.
  • Paid Orientation: Enjoy a paid orientation program to help you get started.
  • Annual Bonus: Earn up to 2% of annual gross pay each year.
Requirements
  • Valid CDL-A: Hold a valid Class A Commercial Driver's License.
  • HazMat Endorsement: Preferably hold a HazMat endorsement.
  • Passport, FAST Card, or Enhanced CDL: Hold a passport, FAST card, or enhanced CDL to open more opportunities.
  • Residency: Live within 100 miles of Salt Lake City, UT.
