  • Train new employees and cross-train associates to ensure continuous production flow and knowledge transfer.
  • Maintain accurate production records, approve essential overtime, and manage overtime levels effectively to meet business needs.
  • Handle additional duties and projects as delegated by management, ensuring alignment with company goals and objectives.

Key Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in a related field, such as business administration, industrial engineering, or a related field.
  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in a production or operations management role, with at least 2 years in a supervisory capacity.
  • Experience with enterprise resource planning (ERP) systems, such as SAP, is advantageous.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office and/or Google Suite applications, with strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to communicate effectively with diverse groups and foster a positive work environment.
  • Devotion to product quality, customer satisfaction, and continuous improvement.
  • Certified to operate a forklift or other heavy equipment, as required by the role.
