Job Summary

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Shuttle Transportation Manager to join our team at LAZ Parking. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our shuttle program, ensuring the highest level of customer satisfaction and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead and direct a team of shuttle drivers to ensure efficient and safe transportation of passengers.
  • Manage and plan schedules, routes, and logistics to meet customer needs.
  • Develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure compliance with regulatory requirements and company standards.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Conduct regular inspections and maintenance of shuttle vehicles to ensure they are in good working condition.
  • Monitor and analyze financial reports to ensure budgetary compliance and identify areas for cost savings.
  • Develop and implement training programs to enhance driver skills and knowledge.
  • Provide exceptional customer service and resolve any customer complaints in a timely and professional manner.
Requirements
  • High school diploma or equivalent required; bachelor's degree in a related field preferred.
  • Minimum 1+ years of experience in a management role, preferably in the transportation industry.
  • Proven track record of successfully managing a team and achieving operational goals.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse groups.
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team, with a strong focus on customer satisfaction.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, including Excel, Word, and PowerPoint.
  • Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and adapt to changing priorities and deadlines.
Working Conditions

This position requires the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, with frequent travel to various locations. The successful candidate must be able to lift, push, and pull at least 25 pounds, and be able to stand, walk, and run for extended periods of time.
