Job Description
At Vintage Realty Company, we are seeking a skilled Maintenance Technician to join our team. The successful candidate will be responsible for maintaining the physical integrity of our communities at all times. This role requires a minimum of 2 years of maintenance-related experience, including plumbing, electrical, HVAC, and carpentry. Weekend availability and call-out time on a rotating basis is required.

Key Responsibilities
  • Apartment make-ready process for vacant units
  • Completion of assigned work orders for repairs and improvements
  • Appliance repairs, plumbing, electrical, some HVAC, carpentry, locks, and sheet rock maintenance and repair duties
  • Property and vacant unit inspections
  • Use of basic hand tools and power tools
  • Assist with keeping the parts and storage areas organized and secured
  • Perform preventative maintenance tasks as needed
  • Additional duties as assigned
Requirements
  • Minimum 1 year of apartment/multi-family experience
  • Minimum 2 years of maintenance-specific experience
  • Customer service-oriented
  • Strong interpersonal and communication skills
