Key Responsibilities:
This role requires certification for operating forklifts and clamp trucks. Candidates with existing forklift licenses from Pactiv and experience with SAP are encouraged to apply.

Primary duties include:
1. Operate forklifts and clamp trucks to ensure timely supply of materials to production machines.
2. Manage the removal of finished products, including stretch wrapping, preparing shipping documentation, and loading trailers.
3. Unload incoming shipments and accurately store materials, completing necessary receiving documentation.
4. Inspect deliveries for damages and discrepancies.
5. Conduct daily inventory checks of KANBAN items and place orders as necessary.
6. Perform monthly cycle counts and address any variances.
7. Input received materials into SAP (including rolls, corrugated materials, and parts).
8. Maintain records of truckloads and delivery receipts.
9. Scan and archive documents to the network.
10. Manage inventory and coordinate shipping of scrap materials.
11. Schedule incoming deliveries and print roll tags.
12. Provide backup support to the shipping supervisor.
13. Conduct mock recalls as needed.
14. Order office and production supplies.
15. Print necessary labels and manage UPS package processing.
16. Oversee driver check-in procedures.
17. Coordinate shuttle driver responsibilities.
18. Assist in covering for absences and vacations.
19. Enter daily production data into SAP.
20. Maintain warehouse inventory records for finished goods.
21. Train new team members.

Qualifications:
Must be willing to work overtime and be flexible with shift assignments.
Demonstrated ability to work effectively in a team environment with strong interpersonal skills.

Certifications Required:
Power Industrial Truck Certification
Lockout/Tagout Certification (Glad Hand Locks)
