This position requires a skilled Speech Language Pathologist who can work independently and as part of a team to provide high-quality patient care. The ideal candidate will have experience working with geriatrics and be able to develop and implement effective treatment plans.
Key Responsibilities- Conduct thorough assessments of resident conditions and develop tailored treatment plans
- Collaborate with nursing staff and other therapists to ensure seamless care
- Design and deliver educational programs for residents and caregivers
- Monitor and evaluate patient progress, making adjustments to treatment plans as needed
