About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Social Worker to join our Home Health team at Maury Regional Hospital.

Job Summary

This is a PRN position, providing direct and indirect social work services to homebound patients and their families. The successful candidate will be responsible for promoting good public relations within the Home Health department, hospital, and community while maintaining patient confidentiality.

Educational Requirements

A Master's degree in Social Work is required. A driver's license with reliable transportation and liability insurance in TN is also necessary.

Preferred Qualifications

One year of related experience and a High School Diploma or Equivalent are preferred but not essential.

Estimated Salary

$60,000 - $80,000 per year, depending on experience.
