We are in search of a dedicated Pediatric Therapy Specialist to join our team and positively impact the lives of children and their families.

ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:

  • Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the relevant state.
  • Preferred one year of experience in pediatric therapy.
  • A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
  • A strong commitment to continuous professional development.
  • Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children and their families.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Efficiently manage time to ensure all evaluation documentation is completed within the specified deadlines.
  • Educate and guide patients and their families on therapy techniques and programs.
  • Facilitate patient care meetings to assess and discuss patient progress.
  • Maintain accurate documentation during sessions and utilize any available time for completing paperwork.
  • Engage in professional development activities and training sessions.
  • Ensure a clean and sanitized work environment, returning all sanitized materials to their designated places.
