ESSENTIAL QUALIFICATIONS:
- Valid Occupational Therapist (OT) license in the relevant state.
- Preferred one year of experience in pediatric therapy.
- A genuine passion for making a difference in the lives of children and their families.
- A strong commitment to continuous professional development.
- Excellent communication skills to engage effectively with children and their families.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- Efficiently manage time to ensure all evaluation documentation is completed within the specified deadlines.
- Educate and guide patients and their families on therapy techniques and programs.
- Facilitate patient care meetings to assess and discuss patient progress.
- Maintain accurate documentation during sessions and utilize any available time for completing paperwork.
- Engage in professional development activities and training sessions.
- Ensure a clean and sanitized work environment, returning all sanitized materials to their designated places.
