As an MRI technologist, you'll play a vital role in producing high-quality images for diagnostic purposes. Your primary focus will be on providing outstanding customer service and ensuring the highest level of professionalism in all aspects of your work.

Key Tasks and Responsibilities

(90%) Patient Care and Imaging

  • Pre-Exam Assessments: Conduct thorough assessments to identify potential risks or complications before each exam.
  • Clear Communication: Clearly explain MRI procedures to patients and address their concerns in a compassionate manner.
  • Scanning Expertise: Operate MRI scanners to produce high-quality images for physician review.
  • Parameter Optimization: Adjust scan parameters to ensure accurate and reliable results.
  • Record Accuracy: Maintain precise and up-to-date patient records within our Radiology Information System (RIS).
  • Cleanliness and Organization: Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment for patients and colleagues.
  • Regulatory Compliance: Ensure adherence to all relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards.

(5%) Supporting the Team and Operations

  • New Associate Onboarding: Assist with training new team members and provide guidance on best practices.
  • Protocol Updates: Collaborate with the team to maintain current and accurate imaging protocols.
  • Supply Chain Management: Monitor medical supply inventory levels and request replenishments as needed.
