Private Duty Nurse LPN

Aveanna Healthcare is seeking a compassionate and skilled Private Duty Nurse LPN to provide high-quality care to our patients in the comfort of their own homes.
About the Role:- Implement physician-prescribed plans of care for patients with complex medical needs.
- Conduct patient assessments and coordinate care with healthcare teams to ensure seamless transitions.
- Administer prescribed medications, treatments, and therapies as ordered by physicians.
- Document care provided in a timely and compliant manner.
- Provide education and training to family members on patient care and health promotion.
- Accept and write verbal orders from physicians as required.
- Follow up with physicians, patients, family members, and healthcare teams on patient concerns and changes in condition.
- Perform other duties as assigned by management.
- Active, unencumbered LPN license in the state of practice.
- Current CPR certification from American Red Cross or American Heart Association.
- TB skin test (current within the last 12 months).
- Six months prior hands-on nursing experience preferred.
- Reliable transportation.
