Job Summary

PEAK Technical Staffing USA is seeking a highly skilled Medical Imaging Equipment Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our technical staff, you will be responsible for installing, inspecting, troubleshooting, repairing, calibrating, and verifying the performance of complex medical imaging equipment.

Key Responsibilities
  • Install, inspect, and maintain medical imaging equipment, including general radiographic rooms, R/F, portables, C-arms, mammography, Nuclear Medicine, CR, DR, ultrasound, bone density, and supporting equipment.
  • Perform routine maintenance, repairs, and calibrations to ensure optimal equipment performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues with medical imaging equipment, utilizing advanced diagnostic skills and technical knowledge.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure regulatory compliance, inventory management, and technical support for medical imaging equipment.
  • Provide technical guidance and support to other personnel on technical matters concerning specialty equipment.
Requirements
  • Associates degree in a technical or electronics field, or equivalent military training.
  • Minimum 3 years' experience in the repair, maintenance, troubleshooting, and installation of medical imaging equipment.
  • Strong technical knowledge of medical imaging equipment, including hardware and software components.
  • Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills, with ability to interpret technical data and error codes.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with ability to work effectively with cross-functional teams.
  • Valid driver's license and ability to travel as required.
