Harvest Specialist

Cresco Labs is seeking a skilled Harvest Specialist to join our team. As a key member of our production team, you will be responsible for harvesting and processing high-quality cannabis products.

• Harvest and process cannabis flowers to ensure high quality and visual aesthetic
• Monitor and control dry rooms to optimize specific flower qualities and standards
• Weigh and package fresh and frozen flowers
• Buck, weigh, bag, tag, and label products for identification
• Utilize attention to detail to hand select products for optimal size, quality, and appearance
• Perform repetitive tasks for long periods of time, including sitting, standing, moving, and performing vigorous activities in cool, humid, and hot temperatures
• Maintain a clean and safe workspace and production facility

• Two years of experience in a general production environment, preferably in a regulated field producing for human consumption
• Ability to remember and adhere to all compliance, quality, departmental, and human resource guidelines
• Ability to work in a team setting and possess strong problem-solving skills
• Effective time-management skills and ability to multi-task
• Ability to sit and perform bud removal with scissors for extended periods
