We are seeking a highly skilled Project Manager to join our team at Patriot Broadband Technologies. As a Project Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, coordination, and execution of projects related to HFC/CATV OSP construction.
Key Responsibilities- Project Planning and Coordination: Develop and maintain production schedules, cost/revenue budgets, and job profitability.
- Communication and Leadership: Ensure clear expectations are communicated to all stakeholders, and promote positive team dynamics throughout the project.
- Material Management: Purchase materials, prepare subcontracts, and purchase orders to ensure accuracy.
- Compliance and Quality: Ensure compliance with federal, state, local, industry, contractual, and company regulations, and perform quality checks and risk assessments.
- Resource Coordination: Coordinate internal and external resources to ensure on-budget and on-schedule delivery of tasks and projects.
- Customer Relations: Address questions, concerns, and complaints throughout the project, seeking favorable outcomes while maintaining integrity of work and a reputation for high standards.
- Experience: Minimum 3-5 years of project management experience in OSP aerial and underground construction.
- Skills: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite software products, experience with Comcast and P2 management software, and industry certifications or a Bachelor's degree in a related field.
