Job Summary
Longchamp USA Inc. is seeking a Luxury Retail Sales Associate to join our team in Boston, MA. Responsibilities include:
* Generate and maximize sales through effective client persuasion and relationship building* Maintain extensive knowledge of products and merchandise care, including features, benefits, and pricing* Stay updated on new items, customer service guidelines, and store policies to ensure seamless delivery of customer service* Develop and manage client books to foster long-term relationships and drive repeat business* Adhere to customer service guidelines, including proper greeting etiquette, handling returns, exchanges, transfers, and loss prevention* Assist with mailings, answer phones, and process phone orders in a timely and professional manner* Contribute to floor moves, merchandising, and display efforts to create an engaging shopping experience* Support processing and replenishing of merchandise, including tagging and inventory management* Maintain a clean and orderly sales floor, adhering to high standards of general housekeeping and ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for customers* Collaborate with colleagues to achieve sales goals and enhance overall customer experience* Participate in visual merchandising and window displays to showcase products and drive sales* Utilize technology to stay informed about products, promotions, and customer preferences* Provide feedback to management on customer satisfaction and areas for improvement
