As a Yard Loader Operator, you will be responsible for efficiently controlling the raw materials and replenishment process, ensuring compliance with health, safety, and environmental regulations, and providing quality service to our customers.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct pre- and post-shift safety inspections daily.
  • Load customer trucks in a safe and accurate manner.
  • Communicate with customer truck drivers to ensure quality service.
  • Perform minor repairs on equipment and lubricate trucks.
  • Responsible for knowing aggregate products and estimating weight when loading trucks.
Requirements
  • Prefer high school diploma or general education (GED).
  • Prefer two years of heavy equipment experience.
  • Open pit mining operations and aggregate products experience is a plus.
  • MSHA training a plus.
