About the Role
Audacy, Inc. is seeking a highly skilled and creative On Air Personality to join our team at KLLC-FM, a leading radio station in San Francisco. As a Multimedia Superstar On Air Talent/Producer, you will be responsible for producing and guiding a top-performing morning show, creating original content, and performing live broadcasts that are entertaining and informative.
Key Responsibilities
- Develop and implement engaging content strategies to attract and retain a loyal audience
- Collaborate with sales and programming teams to execute promotions and contests
- Operate the control board and perform production work to ensure high-quality broadcasts
- Participate in social media content creation and management to maintain a strong online presence
- Protect the station's FCC license and ensure compliance with all regulatory requirements
- Monitor music and commercial logs to ensure accurate and engaging content
- Host regular air shifts and voice-tracked shifts as assigned
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of on-air experience, with Hot AC radio format experience preferred
- Excellent communication and creative skills, with the ability to articulate mass appeal pop culture content
- Knowledge of Top 40 and Hot AC music, pop culture, and ability to relate it to the audience
- Solid skills in audio production and working knowledge of production and on-air studio equipment and software applications
- Ability to work closely with station management on content strategy and adhere to company policies and guidelines
