Current Opening:
Full-Time (RN) Registered Nurse Unit Manager

Key Responsibilities:
  • Evaluate the individual needs of each patient to formulate suitable treatment strategies.
  • Instruct patients and their families on optimal practices to foster recovery and wellness.
  • Monitor treatments and patient progress in compliance with HIPAA regulations.
  • Collaborate with supervising physicians to facilitate a seamless recovery journey.
  • Oversee nursing staff during assigned shifts, ensuring proper medication distribution, blood draws, and other patient care activities.
  • Conduct regular nursing rounds across all units throughout the shift.
  • Provide necessary education to staff, residents, and their families.
  • Ensure compliance with local, state, and federal regulations in all staff duties.
  • Perform additional tasks as delegated by the Assistant Director of Nursing, Director of Nursing, or Administrator.
Qualifications:
Ability to work autonomously or collaboratively.
Proficient computer skills.
Preferred experience in long-term care, inpatient, and palliative care.
Management experience is a plus.
Licensure:
Must possess an active (RN) Registered Nurse license.
