**Job Summary:**

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to join our team as a Driver/Mover at Booska Movers Inc.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Loading and unloading trucks at various locations, including customers' premises, warehouses, and other designated areas.
  • Performing heavy lifting and moving of furniture, boxes, and other items, adhering to industry standards and safety protocols.
  • Operating forklifts to load and unload delivery trucks and box orders.
  • Ensuring trucks are equipped with necessary equipment before departing the yard.
  • Conducting pre-trip inspections to guarantee safe vehicle operation.
  • Participating in wood working, crate building, rigging, and hoisting furniture as required.
  • Assisting with packing jobs and completing necessary paperwork, including Bills of Lading, Inventories, and other documents.
  • Delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining a safe and friendly work environment.

Requirements:

  • Proven experience in transportation, logistics, or a related field.
  • Ability to lift heavy objects and work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Strong communication and teamwork skills.
  • Valid driver's license and a clean driving record.
