About the RoleThis entry-level position offers a unique opportunity to grow with a young and fast-growing organization, fostering a culture of transparency, collaboration, and continuous improvement.
The successful candidate will be responsible for providing technical support and consultation services to end-users via various channels, including ticketing systems, phones, and/or chat.
You'll assist customers with issue identification, reproduction, and resolution, ensuring timely and effective issue escalation and closure.
Additionally, you'll perform customer training and demos, accurately process and record call transactions using designated tracking software, and liaise between sales/customer success/product teams and customers to address customer problems and feedback.
A key aspect of this role is staying current with Splashtop product information, changes, and updates.
As an IT Support Specialist, you'll play a vital role in shaping our collective success, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and customer satisfaction.
Requirements and QualificationsTo excel in this role, you'll need:
- a strong technical background to learn and understand product benefits
- a problem-solving attitude and ability to articulate concepts and troubleshooting steps to end-users
- excellent verbal and written communication and troubleshooting skills
- friendly and helpful attitude
Prior experience in customer service, CRM software, and technical support is preferred but not required.
