We're seeking an experienced Installer to join our team, responsible for installing heating and air conditioning systems to our high standards, ensuring our customers receive a top-quality experience.

Requirements:

• Valid driver's license with an insurable driving record
• 3+ years of experience in HVAC installation
• Must own all necessary tools
• Experience in supervising and guiding a team
• Proficient understanding of refrigerant, gas, electric furnaces, heat pumps, troubleshooting, and installation of residential and light commercial systems

Preferred Qualifications:

• HVAC school certificate
• Universal EPA certification
• NATE Core Certification

Candidates will be required to pass a background check and drug test upon being given a conditional offer of employment.
